McDonalds Lifestyles Craft Fairs

Story Courtesy of Te Awamutu I-Site

This year the "McDonalds Lifestyles Craft Fairs" included activities and events to entice the community to be involved in fun packed days full of crafts, foods, beer and wine tasting, and many activities and artists to entertain the crowds. Mica the clown gave the kids many laughs along with Damian the Performer and Juggler being a favourite. Plenty of music for everyone with Pirongia Mountain man - entertainment and MC and Marie Haslemores wonderful voice over the loud speakers.

Christmas Craft Fair on the 6th December brought fake snow making it a real "Christmas Look". Santa arrived on the V8 fire truck and then gave out lollies for the kids in the pavilion whilst giving out prizes for the McDonalds Colouring In competition. Pirongia Clydesdales took people for a walk round the block on their carriage, this being a highlight for many.
