The Programme2002 Waipa Networks Rose & Cultural Festival
23rd October - 10th November 2002

For the third year in a row the festival has been hailed as a success. This years programme was somewhat more streamlined than 2001 with an emphasis on quality over quantity.

There were numerous positive new developments this year, including the involvement of TALOS (with their production of Jesus Christ Superstar) and Te Wananga o Aotearoa (hosting the "Toi Purutanga" mixed media exhibition).
