The Rose & Cultural Festival was a huge success. The weather wasn't always the best and a couple of events were cancelled, but most of the programme went ahead and was well supported. Hopes are high for a repeat performance next year.

• Day 8 : Bethel Christian School Open Day, A Knight at the Proms.
• Day 9 : Rosetown Craft Fair, Mitavite Horse Trial, Stonecarving Symposium.
• Day 10 : Rose Sunday, including McDonald's Free Concert in the Park.
