A special day and civic affair celebrating the “Time of Roses” including Art and Poetry in the “Roses”, Rosetown Choristers in Old St John’s Church, Waipa Kidz Poetry Challenge presentations, Floral Art display, tour of the rose gardens, Pipe and Brass bands, marching girls, working artists, and join in the Tea Party in the Marquee in the Park with Entertainment, tea and coffee and cakes with entertainment.
