CONTINUITY
The inspiration of time is essential to being,
Existence prolonged through the eyes of those seeing.
That the next century is not the end but just the beginning,
By preserving and inventing, our world keeps spinning.
By taking the tips from times gone by,
The clock will keep ticking and the source will not die.
Like an endorsement from those gone before,
A lesson learned, a clue, an open door
WIND
A cleansing breath, yet quantity can kill,
The mysterious force of Mother Natures will.
A tingle, a wave, we are blind to see,
Yet the presence of which is essential to me.
The touch of a will can give life to a scene,
A shimmer, a chill, such beauty serene.
I think one thought of a force this bold,
I want to touch, to own, yet still no chance to hold.
A song of a bird, doth grace such being,
A strength, a weakness, a label fleeing.
THOUGHT
What is a thought when your eyes are closed,
A trip, a choice, your mind exposed.
The heart unleashed boundaries no more,
A fantasy world is there to explore.
No worries of wealth or mankinds chains,
No gravity, no weakness, imagination remains.
To think is to feel, to know reality waits,
But where does real stop and a stare overtakes.
To imagine, to be free,
Anything you can be.
SLEEPLESS NIGHTS
The love so deep, yet anger so shallow,
The deprivation of sleep, yet tomorrow so mellow.
A heart and mind so young, with the will to fight,
The guardian of life you stay awake all night.
The love you receive is unconditional that a fact,
Your spirit is tested sanity in tact.
The older years come and the efforts been worthwhile,
Still the worry never ends, for the adult is still your child.
FUTURE
The future is now maybe left to fate,
The further we walk the more we create.
One second, one year, does it matter how long,
For the future is relentless, thus your past must be strong.
Some say to travel is never to be,
But the future has no boundaries for the likes of me.
A person who thinks of whats not there,
Can see the future for the future is here.
